Rogue Trader Crimson Fist

Well, it didn’t take me very long, but here he is! This is the oldest mini I have ever painted, and I really enjoyed the chance to paint this classic.

I decided upon Crimson Fists simply because the first art I ever saw of 40k  was the classic art of the Crimson Fists last stand. It has stuck with me since, and I thought I would honour it in a small way. I can post up more images if anyone is interested.

That’s all for tonight. Hopefully, I will get some more work done on my Art-Scale Marines over the weekend.

Bit of a side note, has anyone read Rynns World? If so, is it worth a read?

I’d love to see a few more pics and a quick tutorial/colour scheme. I’m about to do a Kill Team with a bunch of metal, Rogue Trader marines… Ork hunters based on Rynns World. Your pic is the best inspiration I’ve seen yet!

That’s very cool. I’ve been doing the exact same thing with original plastic marines boxset, painting them up as Crimson Fists was a no brainier. Keep them coming please, I love all the old Marine hard wear

Thanks! I’m looking at getting my hands on a few more RTB01s, they have such a charm.
