Necron Objective Markers
A fun little side project for the swath of Necrons I’ve been painting, these little markers were made from layers of plasticard cut to size and glued together. A little bit of carving and greenstuff work later and they were all ready for paint.
I’m quite pleased with how they turned out, especially amongst the Necrons. I opted for a black green colour scheme, similar to the heavy structure of their vehicles. Each is also numbered via circular symbols on the surface.
These are gorgeous and the numbering is quite clever! Mind if I ask how you did the carvings!

Not at all. I first marked out the symbols I wanted in pencil after looking for a bit of inspiration, then gently traced over the area with the point of a slightly dull knife before going over it with the tip of a round file a few times. Hope this helps!
