Mighty Lord of Khorne
This fantastic Khorne Lord was the start of a small Khrone themed army, painted up as a fun side project between commissions. This model specifically proved to be a fun challenge. A lot of the model is red, and I didn’t want the finished piece to come out as too much of a mess or unreadable. The Lord themself was given a very rich, red armour, while I kept the Flesh Hounds skin much darker with a hint of pink in the highlights.
Obviously I love the Flesh Hound. I’m always happy to see heroes with animal companions, especially when they take the form of the War Gods hellhounds, my favourite of the Chaos Daemons.
