Order of Our Martyred Lady Canoness
Leading my slowly growing Sisters of Battle collection is a Canoness, Sister Angela d’Feu. The Canoness model is fantastic, offering a variety of loadout options, all of which look great. The Brazier of Holy Fire is the focus of the model, once again a chance for me to practice painting fiery objects, but I love the hooded head and bionic eye, and the way her Chainsword is sheathed on her back.
I’m particularly pleased with how the base turned out, especially the bit of fallen masonry she stands on. It fits in perfectly with the marble flooring I’d already decided upon, and I’m really glad I didn’t have to sculpt something new to match.
